Orders are shipped 48-72 hours after payment is received. This allows me time to process your order and confirm the shipping details.

There are three shipping methods available. Each one is insured so you can shop with confidence.

1. Shipping to Spain
2. Shipping to countries in European Union
3. Shipping to rest of countries

For each shipping method:
- shipped using Correos España Postal Service
- registered
- insured
- proof of delivery through recipient's or authorised person's signature
- package can be traced through Correos Website www.correos.es

Remember...
Shipping charges are fixed! You can purchase as many items as you like. The shipping charges will not increase, even if your order has to be split into several packages.

Your items are protected because they are shipped in heavy duty cardboard.
For extra protection, each item is wrapped in plastic to avoid scratches.
All packages are marked: FRAGILE! DO NOT BEND OR CRUSH

Free Shipping Insurance...
Every package is insured so you won't have to worry about damage.
If your order is lost or damaged in the post let me know immediately so I can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
